A Bridge to the Community
Jewish Community Relations Council

Our work is grounded in partnership and building strong coalitions. The JCRC works with faith, ethnic, and community groups to focus on common concerns, aiming to promote justice, fairness, respect and civil discourse. We are active in interfaith movements and convening a “common table” around which areas of community-wide concern can be addressed. We invite the RELIGIOUS, the SECULAR, the UNINVOLVED, the YOUNG and OLD to come together in service of a COMMON GOOD far greater than the differences that divide us. Social action mobilizes organizations, groups and individuals to volunteer and work together to strengthen our community and repair the world.

The Homer Davis Project

is our effort to reach out to underserved school children in our community at Homer Davis Elementary School, part of the Flowing Wells School District. Learn more about the work of the Fedeation and how you can help at The Homer Davis Project.

The Jewish Latino-Teen Coalition

is a project of the Jewish Federation’s Jewish Community Relations Council in collaboration with the Office of Raul Grijavla and the League of United Latin American Citizens. JLTC brings together members of Southern Arizona’s Jewish and Latino teen communities to explore shared values and concerns and develop future leaders. For more information, contact the Federation office at 520-577-9393.
